Educational History:

I was born in Dodge City and attended Sunnyside Elementary School, Dodge City Junior High School, and Dodge City Senior High School where I graduated from in 1983. I also attended Saint Mary of the Plains College, graduating in 1988. I continued my education at Fort Hays State University, graduating in 1991.

Current Position:

I began teaching in the Minneola school district in November 1991. The 2021-2022 school year will be my 31st year working with the students of USD #219. I am an employee of the Southwest Kansas Area Cooperative District #613 and this will be my 34th year of teaching overall.

Previous Position:

Prior to transferring to the Minneola school district, I taught for three years in Dodge City at United Methodist Youthville.
