Minneola Grade School celebrated National Dinosaur Month last week to go along with our school theme for the year. Mr. Ian came to talk to us about dinosaurs from the Sternburg Museum. He even brought some of the skulls and teeth that the museum has on display.

Minneola USD 219 will not have school today Friday the 27th due to a sewer line issue.
There will be an informational bond community meeting held on Monday, October 30th at 6:30 pm in the school cafeteria. There will be facility tours available at 6:00 and following the meeting for anyone interested.

There will be a TRUNK OR TREAT on Halloween at the High School Parking Lot. If you want to have a vehicle there to hand out treats be at the parking lot between 5-5:20pm ACCESS WILL BE CLOSED AT 5:20! Trunk or Treat WILL START at 5:30pm. Enter through the High School parking lot and exit behind the shop building.
The Minneola Health Care held the 6th Annual Women's Health Coloring Contest. The following students were winners from Minneola. Thomas Cox-Kindergarten, Jessica Harshbarger- 1st Grade, and Charlotte Knox- 3rd Grade. They won a fun scooter. Congratulations!
