School librarian, Mrs. Lang, completed the grant application for the Kansas Notable Book Grant and received four new titles for the school library. Kansas Notable Books recognizes outstanding titles written by Kansans or about a Kansas-related topic. Mrs. Lang is pictured with students Samarah Capers, holding the book Not the Worst Friend in the World by Anne Rellihan, Gunner Hornback has the book, The Switch Point by A.D.
