High School Basketball will be participating in a Jamboree tomorrow, Dec. 2nd starting at 5:00pm. The Boys will play in the Grade School Gym and the Girls will play in the High School Gym. Both Varsity and Junior Varsity will be in playing. No Admission will be charged.

Thank you for making our Thanksgiving Celebration a huge success! The staff did a fabulous job! We served 428 meals today! Happy Thanksgiving!

The 5th and 6th gr. students are going to Wichita Wed. Nov. 20th for the symphony. They need to be at the school by 6:30am. They will arrive back in Minneola at 5:30 pm. A school lunch is provided. Permission forms need to be signed/returned by tomorrow. They may bring money to spend for a snack and the museum store.

Tonight main characters need to be at school at 5:00, all other students 5-8 grade at 6:00, and K-4 at 6:40. See you soon!

Shandi Lang, Library Media Specialist at Minneola School, accepted a grant check from the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas in the amount of $750 to update the nonfiction sections of the grade school and high school library! Thank you, Community Foundation!

Algebraic Manipulations: 7th place freshman individual Bobby Littlewood
Applications of Algebra, Arithmetic: 3rd place freshmen team of Booby Littlewood, Sarah Esplund, and Haley Haskell
Calculations with Calculators: 4th place freshman individual Natalie Yepez and 4th place junior team of Guillermo Dominguez, Juan Millas Fidalgo, and Mia Urugutia
Also competing were Kirsten Heinz, Braylon Moore, Paxton Rojas, Mario Barraza, and DJ Capers.
Overall Minneola placed 4th in the 1A division.

Come join us for a night of Belly Laughing and Christmas Joy on Friday, November 15th at 7:00 in the HS gym. The Kindergarten though 8th grade will be presenting a fun musical. We hope to see you there!
