The JH bus will be stopping at the Flying J in Dodge City after the basketball game tonight so that parents can pick up their player. Please deduct 30 minutes off of the time that is posted on the text for the bus to arrive back in Minneola. Those students not picked up immediately will be taken to Minneola.
The Junior High 2025 Big Read Focus was the "Remembering the Holocaust: Lessons for Today.” The projects were judged by SPIAA league HS and JH English teachers. The following JH students earned awards: Nylah Barnes-creative writing project in the form of a short story. Awarded a bronze medal. Emma Blew-Photography project. Awarded a silver medal. Lyndon Custer-Submitted a STEM: Functioning model of a train station. Awarded a bronze medal. Collin Hageman-Welding project replica of a gate from the Auschwitz Concentration camp. Awarded a bronze medal. Brody Norton-Leatherworks project.
