School librarian, Mrs. Lang, completed the grant application for the Kansas Notable Book Grant and received four new titles for the school library. Kansas Notable Books recognizes outstanding titles written by Kansans or about a Kansas-related topic. Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 25th. The forms went home this week. Please have your reservations and money turned in to the GS office by Friday, Nov. 7th so that we can order food.

Thank you for supporting the Scholastic Book Fair! 40 books were donated to teachers for their classrooms. We had $3,752.13 in gross sales and from that we earned $1,269.12 in Scholastic dollars for books for our library.
Reminder: Bank day is tomorrow.
